Knipe Hall is a detached property in its own grounds, heated by oil-fired central heating and the accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor:  Entrance leading into spacious bespoke Country Dining Kitchen with Aga, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Lounge - with open fire, colour TV, DVD and video. Snug: with sofa bed suitable for children. Utility/Laundry room: Large room with plenty of space for drying walking clothes and boots. Hallway leading to superb galleried dining room. Shower room with W.C. and hand basin.

First Floor:  There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have super king sized beds which can be made up as twins if required (please request on booking), one twin-bedded room, and one double bedroom. One of the bedrooms is en-suite, one bedroom has the additional feature of a stone spiral staircase leading to a handy-sized nursery/dressing room. There are two house bathrooms with bath, W.C. and hand basin.

Outside: Large lawned garden, patio area with hot tub/jacuzzi, garden furniture and BBQ. Ample parking. Storage for bikes available.

The fantastic 'Party Barn' can be accessed by prior arrangement - a great place for your celebration, wedding, or party just for the sake of it!

All fuel, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair available.
